The Board is comprised of a majority of Non-Executive Directors together with an independent Chairman.

The current Board comprises four directors. The Chairman of the Board, Peter Dransfield, is an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Collectively the Directors have an excellent mix of proven experience in the leisure and gaming
industries together with sound commercial acumen and complementary expertise in related fields
which will be integral components in implementing the Company’s strategic objectives.
