Willoughby HotelNational Leisure and Gaming (NLG) was incorporated in April 2005 and attracted $7 million in seed capital to fund initial acquisitions.

The specialist hotel and gaming company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 14 December 2005 after a $33 million initial public offering.

NLG's core business is the operation of a portfolio of quality leisure and gaming venues, adding value through active management to build high performing businesses.

The company has a highly experienced Board and strong management team with expertise in hotels and gaming.

The company operates a portfolio of 39 leasehold hotels in Queensland and New South Wales, which incorporates more than 1000 electronic gaming machines.

NLG is actively participating in the consolidation of a growing and dynamic industry through strategic acquisitions.

NLG also has a current bank finance facility with BNZA to allow it to pursue its program of acquisitions and establish a portfolio of quality leisure and gaming venues.
